Premier Inn, Brentford

The project comprises the design and construction of 124 bed hotel, service areas, plant, landscaping and 78 no. Basement car parking spaces in both the new and existing basement void together with associated external works.

The hotel building will provide 124 numbers and bedrooms over 11 storeys. This hotel building will be occupied by Premier Inn.

The new Premier Inn Brentford represents the initial phase of a large mixed use, and multi-phase master plan.

GreenLight have been brought in for the commissioning phase of the project and are currently on site testing.
