GreenLight has completed a full CAT A fit-out at Central 40, a premium office space within Chineham Park, on behalf of Frasers Property. The project focused on delivering a refreshed and future-ready workspace that aligns with evolving sustainability and energy efficiency standards.

Our works included the installation of new flooring, modern LED lighting, upgraded ventilation, and a complete overhaul of M&E services and the building management system (BMS). A key upgrade was the replacement of the outdated HVAC with new high-efficiency VRF systems—substantially improving the building’s EPC rating and supporting its long-term operational performance.

This transformation has modernised the building infrastructure while making it more attractive for future tenants, ensuring the space is compliant, comfortable, and energy-efficient.
