GreenLight has successfully delivered a comprehensive dilapidation and refurbishment project on a 113,000 sq ft warehouse for one of the UK’s leading logistics real estate companies. With the previous tenant relocating to a new office in Southampton, the building required a full restoration to meet handover and compliance standards—ready for future occupation.

Our scope covered extensive upgrades to the building envelope, structure, and services. We installed a brand-new roof covering with a 20-year guarantee, solar PV panels to improve energy performance, and new skylights to maximise natural light. Externally, we completed a full façade respray and upgraded landscaping to elevate curb appeal and presentation.

Internally, we modernised the lighting with energy-efficient high bay fittings, installed a new VRF system for climate control, and carried out full redecoration works across the unit. Electrical systems were upgraded, and EV charging stations were added to support sustainable transport solutions.
