About Stiles West
GreenLight has completed works at Stiles West, a new riverside residential development comprising 41 luxury apartments and integrated co-working spaces along the River Wandle. Our team was brought in to deliver a complete Cat B fit-out for the basement-level gym and secure residents’ storage lockers.

We worked closely with the client and design team to ensure these shared amenities aligned with the premium tone of the development—modern, functional, and built for long-term durability. In the gym, we installed high-spec flooring, lighting, and wall finishes designed to withstand daily use, along with integrated services for ventilation and AV. The storage area was fully fitted with custom-built lockers, access-controlled entry, and efficient layout planning to maximise space without compromising safety or aesthetics.
